Notes
2nd most important part of the boat. Where t'bacon butties is made, etc. Went for the "galley" (funnily enough) option as it's the most efficient in terms of space/storage use. Downside is it's a bit boring, but I'm breaking up the effect with tall units at the saloon end. This decision was forced on me in part by the fact that in the original spec to Liverpool Boats the window positioning should have allowed for the oven housing to be at the bulkhead end. At delivery, though, this proved not to be the case. So I altered my original plans, and I think I prefer it this way as it gives more definition to where the kitchen ends and the saloon begins.
